I’m a Food and Body Issues Specialist, NASM-certified personal trainer and Women’s Fitness Specialist, and health contributor with the Huffington Post and Wanderlust. I studied fitness culture and body dysmorphia at NYU.
I’m also a former emotional eater, food restrictor and binge eater.
