Day 2: Walk Down Memory Lane

Welcome to Day 2 of the #NourishYourselfChallenge!

Today, your challenge is to walk down memory lane by eating a food you loved as a kid.

This will help you access the feelings of innocence and joy you used to have around eating before the world told you that certain foods were "good" or "bad."

We want to connect with your inner kid!

step one:

Go buy a food that you loved as a kid. (I'll be grabbing some kiwis!) Eat it mindfully. Journal about your experience to gain more insight.

step two:

Snap a photo of your food and share it in our Facebook community, The Lair, and on social media using the hashtag #NourishYourselfChallenge.
