7-Day Nourish Yourself Challenge Day 3: Make a Love List

Welcome to Day 3 of the 7-Day Nourish Yourself Challenge!

Today's challenge is to Make a Love List. This activity will help you create a more nourished, sustainable relationship with food and your body because it releases pressure and creates joy.

The Love List comes in 2 parts:

  1. Write down 5 things you love about your appearance -- big or small.
  2. Write down 15 things you love about yourself in general. Big... or small!
