Welcome to Day 2 of the Nourish Yourself Challenge!

Now that you've set your intention, it's time to further explore your relationship with food/your body.

Today's challenge is to chew your food. Each time you eat today, simply chew each bite 10-15 times. Journal about the thoughts or emotions that came up.
