7-Day Nourish Yourself Challenge, Day 1: Make It Real

Welcome to Day 1 of the 7-Day Nourish Yourself Challenge! I can't wait to help you learn to live healthy without dieting or feeling guilty.

Today's challenge is to Make It Real. In other words, set your goal/intention for the Challenge.

Here's the process you should use:

  1. Sit somewhere quiet. Close your eyes and observe the breath.
  2. Call to mind what you want your intention to be.
  3. It should answer 2 key questions: "How do you want to feel?" and "What's your 'why?'"
  4. Write down your intention to make it real.
  5. Bonus tip: As you're falling asleep tonight, practice visualizing a day in the life of when you've embodied your intention. Use all 5 senses to conjure the emotion of being there.
